Our Approach & Solution
R3 was appointed to conduct a comprehensive deep clean of the refurbished kitchen and canteen area. In part with BMW’s premium standard, we provided:
• Steam Cleaning services: Wall tiles, cupboards, and all kitchen surfaces were steam cleaned using Kärcher equipment to remove construction residue.
• Surface Sanitisation services: All touchpoints and worktops were treated with OdorBac Tec Spray for a fresh-smelling environment.
• Floor Restoration services: Floors were scraped and deep-cleaned to remove layers of adhesive and sticky residue left behind from refurbishment works.
The entire canteen area was refreshed and prepared for immediate use by staff, with a focus on presentation and hygiene.
The Challenge
Following the completion of kitchen refurbishment works, Williams BMW faced the challenge of preparing the space for immediate use. Dust, construction residues, and adhesive build-up had accumulated across surfaces, tiles, and flooring.
The dealership needed a professional cleaning team capable of carrying out a detailed one-day transformation to restore hygiene and presentation in time for reopening.
