Stef & Philips is a leading provider of accommodation in the UK, currently headquartered in London.

The company was founded in North London in 2006 and has since expanded its operations across all 32 London boroughs, the Home Counties, West Midlands, Cheshire and Cambridgeshire and currently manages close to 7,500 tenants and a portfolio of £940m.

Despite its scale and reputation, one of Stef & Philips’ multi-level residential buildings required extensive internal and external cleaning due to accumulated wear. The facility had experienced flooring and wall deterioration, water damage from leaks, and visible surface contamination, including dirt buildup, scuff marks, and adhesive residue.

Stef & Philips engaged R3 to restore the property’s hygiene and appearance, ensuring a healthy and comfortable living environment for residents.

Our Solution

At R3, our approach is guided by a commitment to excellence and our fixation on ensuring the pinnacle of hygiene and presentation. To revitalise the facility, our team executed a comprehensive deep-cleaning program across all twelve floors, addressing both internal and external areas.

The process began with the complete and total elimination of all debris, dust, and adhesive residue to prepare every surface for treatment. Using professional-grade equipment, including a Steam Cleaner SG 4/4 and a Disc Scrubber Dryer, we improved our cleaning power and managed to actualise high-quality finishes on all surfaces even with the most stubborn of stains. Every stairway, floor, and wall was meticulously disinfected to eliminate biohazards and improve the overall indoor environment.

We concluded the process by polishing and brightening doorways and entry points, transforming the building into a visibly cleaner and healthier space.

Following the R3 deep clean, the property’s condition improved dramatically. To the new hygiene standard of the building post R3vamping, we recommended a routine cleaning schedule and drafted a deck to visually show our objectives for the building.

A post-cleaning tenant survey showed an overwhelmingly positive response, with residents praising the refreshed appearance, cleanliness, and fresh scent of their living spaces. An R3 success.
