Returns & Refunds Policy
We do accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final once an order has been processed. This policy is in place due to the nature of our products and our fulfilment process.
However, if you receive a faulty item, you must contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence of damages, defect or incorrect product requests.
Customers may be eligible for a replacement or exchange within 30 days, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale. For items deemed un-saleable, customers may be liable for return shipping costs, and restocking fees may apply. Shipping costs for returns may be covered in part or in full at our discretion.
For instances of late delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team, and we will review the situation and provide a resolution where applicable.
